Manly is a 6-minute drive, while bushwalking trails to Manly Dam with its safe swimming, kayaking and picnic areas begin just 300 m from your door.
The space
This light-filled coastal home spans three spacious levels with ocean views and generous indoor–outdoor living. The upper level features the main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, opening to a covered balcony perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation and moonrise views.
There are five comfortable bedrooms across two guest levels: two queen rooms on the upper level, and three additional bedrooms on the middle level of the house, including a double room with balcony access and two king-single bunk rooms.
Guests also enjoy a second living room, three modern bathrooms (including a spa-like ensuite with twin rainfall showers), a gas-heated pool, sunken firepit lounge, garden areas and a games room in the garage.
I reside in a private, non-guest area on the lower-ground garden level of the same house. All guest living spaces on the upper and middle levels are for your exclusive use.

Guests have exclusive use of all guest living spaces, bedrooms, balconies, the pool, garden, firepit area, and the games room (garage) within the house.
The only non-guest area is the private part of the home on the garden level where I reside.

This is my primary family home. I reside in a private, non-guest area on the lower-ground garden level during your stay.
Some external household amenities such as the driveway and bins are shared. All guest living spaces are fully private and for your exclusive use.
