Positive: Clean & neat; close to metro.

Negative: Inside rooms need a revamp. No air circulation in room. No windows. Carpets have marks on them. Seems like there is dust in the carpet for a decade. My sinus flared up due to this. Rooms need a serious revamp. Everything is old.

Summary: Overall Solid. Just old rooms which need revamping. Neat and clean, good service
