Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel right at home with the nautical-themed decor and the plush furniture to hold a great conversation or watch TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a quaint breakfast bar. Two comfortable bedrooms and a living room futon ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night's rest after the day's activities. While the sun sets, host a barbecue on the patio or roast marshmallows at the firepit while the stars come out to dot the sky. Some of the upgrades include new exterior paint, a door, a ramp for easy access, a new water heater, and a new water filtration system.
