Enjoy a relaxing, luxurious get-a-way in this brand new, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo on Lake Pend Oreille! Comes with a boat slip just a 3 minute walk from the condo. Boat slip #108.
Located just walking distance from downtown Sandpoint and the City beach, where the boat launch is located. It's only 11 miles to the top of Schweitzer mountain, Idaho's largest ski resort, yet still right at the water's edge. Amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor barbecues, tennis, and basketball courts and beach volleyball. Our condo sleeps 7 with 2 comfortable queen beds, a futon and a pull-out couch in the living room to sleep or just watch TV. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the sun rise on our deck with a view of the lake and pool. Also provided is a fully stocked kitchen with a large new counter and eating bar.
Wifi, cable, Netflix, Hulu, DVD player and 3 large flat screen TVs are also provided to make your stay more enjoyable.
If you’re bringing your boat, you must park the boat trailer at Foster’s Self-Storage, 148 McNearny, Pend Orielle, Idaho. It’s a 10 minute drive. Please call the manager, Scott Kindred, the day before you arrive so he can accompany you. Please message us for the phone number.
