LOBSTER COVE COTTAGE is a private OCEANFRONT property. It is loaded with extras, spacious and comfortable to fit your family or two couples plus kids.
The view is spectacular with 200 feet of shorefront. Watch the seals swim in with the tide, watch the eagles soar, the hummingbirds and deer come to see who's here, and the local lobster fishermen work their traps in front of the house.

The house has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, with windows from floor to ceiling to catch that waterfront sunrise! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home or grill on the deck. All newly remodeled, all new furniture and linens give you that luxurious feel that you want on your vacation.
First floor: Master bedroom with a king bed, en suite full bathroom and lots of storage. Bunk room with 2 full sized bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed. Full bathroom with a shower. Large Living room with a view and a TV, with an open floor plan to the dining and kitchen area. All surrounded by the spacious deck.
Walk out basement: Queen sized bedroom with tons of storage. Washer/dryer room, another living room with a TV, and doors to the outdoors waterside.
Outdoors: Sit around the Firepit, or in the screened and lighted gazebo. Its a must for those breezy evenings. Camp out on the deck to stargaze and experience the closeness of the milky way in our Maine sky!!
ONE DOG is allowed, with preapproval, and a pet fee of $100/stay.
Schoodic Point, and downeast Maine are approximately 10 miles. Winter Harbor is 6 miles away, with a ferry to Bar Harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Less than 2 miles from the home, Eagle Hill Institute has hiking trails, ecological habitats, and natural history seminars.
In Milbridge, 8 miles north, there are birdwatching tours, guided boat tours, and the Milbridge theater. There are also restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store.
Directly across the bay, the Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge and Pigeone Hill hiking trails are about 9 miles away.
Ellsworth (you drive through Ellsworth to get to the house) is just 15 miles away with shopping, restaurants, Shaws grocery store, LL Bean Outlet, Renys and more.
