A flight of steps leads up to the spacious and bright main living area. This roomy space with lovely views of Cape Cod Bay has a living room, dining area and newly renovated kitchen. Two sliders--one on each side of the room--opens to the front wrap-around deck.
The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable. The nicely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances including a refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher, and a large island with counter seating. The dining area has a table with seating for six. Enjoy water views from the kitchen, dining area and living room. Zoom in on the water, surrounding nature or the stars with the telescope in the living room. Puzzles and board games provided for some friendly competition. There is also a half bath on this floor.
From the main foyer, a flight of stairs leads to the first floor. There is a sitting area with sofa and a slider--nice spot to curl up with a book or iPad. Just off the sitting area is a bathroom with tub/shower. There are three bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins) and a pyramid bunk (twin on top, double on the bottom). The second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Enjoy lovely views of the heather and Cape Cod Bay from the master.
The upper deck has a dining table with chairs--the perfect spot for all your meals. Enjoy beautiful water views and stunning sunsets. The lower deck on the other side of the house has a gas grill. Around the back of the house you'll find the oversized enclosed outdoor shower with changing space.
NOTE: This property does not have air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen and in the two bedrooms with queens.
Easy access to the association beach just across the street. A path leads from the road to stairs leading down to the beach on Cape Cod Bay where you can enjoy hours of sunbathing, swimming, beachcombing and kayaking. Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
