Our family home is on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown Dover (with shops, restaurants, bars, and the Amtrack train taking you to Boston and Portland, ME). First floor: kitchen, living room, dining room; second floor: kids playroom, bedroom with queen, kids bedroom (bunk bed and crib), full bath; third floor: futon and full bed. Small front porch, back deck with propane grill, kid's clubhouse in the back yard. Very family friendly! One hour to Boston and Portland, ME, less than 15 minutes to UNH, 20 minutes to Portsmouth; close proximity to the NH Seacoast beaches and White Mountains for skiing.
