Community/Amenities Center- 2 guest passes are provided for all our guests. All children 7 and under are free. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the amenities center for a small fee.
Campton Ski Area- The Ski area is open to all guests during the winter weekends and holidays. Please contact Waterville Estate for hours of operation.
If Your Familiar with New Hampshire, You know the bugs are awful at night! Please be cautious going in and out of the house. Don’t have windows open because the nats can fit through the screens and get into the house easy. Please keep windows and doors closed as much as possible. (We do have mosquito squad spray every 3 weeks)

Other things to note
House comes with 2 Adult Guest passes and children under 7 are free. If your party is larger than this you will have to pay a small fee for each additional person if you want to use the community center. All children 7 and under are always free. The beach and playground are free for everyone to access. If you loose a pass their is a $25 fee for each pass lost. Please keep doors closed once it gets dark out. The bugs are heavy at night, coming in and out will allow them to fly in. Please be cautious. Thank you!
