A King Bed In 1 Bedroom , The Second Bedroom Has 2 Twins. Also a Queen Sleep Sofa On The Enclosed Sun Porch. ( NO HEAT on sun porch ) Parking For 2 Cars.Tenants are not to have pets of any kind on the property. 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, DAMAGE/CLEANING DEPOSIT $400.00
GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS, bath and beach towels. Public entrance to beach is a five minute walk.
