Main house includes formal bright living room for entertaining , dining room and a gourmet kitchen that backs onto a massive backyard veranda for late afternoon lunch and dinners..It has 2 junior bedrooms and 1 master suite. The master suite and downstairs bedroom both have queen beds and the bedroom upstairs has a single . There are 1.5 remodeled baths.
The guest house is completely separate from the main house and has a kitchen and living room combination, beautiful bath and a large upper level bedroom with a queen bed.
Wonderful location for easy access to shopping, restaurants and parks. We also have a fully fenced in yard for families with pets. Just minutes to New Preston center and Washington Depot and 90 minutes from Manhattan.
The location provides great opportunities for walking, hiking or running around the beautiful Lake Waramaug. We are also central to the best dining in New England. There is no shortage of activities for all ages or you can simply lay around the beautiful pool with a good book.
