We are family and dog friendly. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog’s breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture, including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night, plus booking fees and taxes, per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10 PM and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered part of the total guest count.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but may need access to outdoor areas. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis depending on weather conditions.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS:
We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Guests must refrain from outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may disturb the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10 PM. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10 PM. The home is equipped with decibel monitoring sensors located inside and outside the home to help ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. Removing or tampering with the decibel monitor may result in a full security deposit loss and/or additional charges.
CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Los Angeles cherish most are the abundance of wildlife and natural surroundings. Cigarette butts, trash, and food left on the ground can harm the local ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health and safety are our highest priorities. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols, and we take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding.
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you are interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial or business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You must receive approval beforehand. If approved, additional licensing and usage fees may apply. Personal photos and social media content are welcome.

While Los Angeles is a city, there is still an abundance of wildlife in the area. Please use caution when outside, especially at night and when supervising pets or children. Fencing may not deter wildlife in our shared habitat.
