The spacious house is unique in Nassau in that it combines spectacular luxury beachfront living with the bedrooms and baths to accommodate over 20 guests. The house features four (4) Master Bedroom Suites with King Beds and private baths, a luxurious one-bedroom suite with King Bed in one room (1) and sofabed (1) in the other plus a full bath, two (2) rooms with queen/bunk sets in each and private baths, and a home entertainment room with sofabed and full bath.

Ground Level/Main House: Spend your days enjoying the many outdoor amenities featuring a large beach side patio and covered cabana, private pool, and large hot tub with beautiful views of Goodman’s Bay. This spectacular outdoor entertainment area has gorgeous ocean views from the decks and pool terrace and features private steps to the beach. Inside, the spectacular huge great room combines living space, kitchen and dining room with sweeping ocean views. The dramatic great room features sophisticated design and utterly mesmerizing views of the gorgeous Bahamian waters. The great room features a 47' flat panel LED HDTV with home theatre audio system with Blu-Ray DVD, CD player and iPod/iPhone dock, deck access, and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's paradise with a breakfast bar seating, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including double refrigerators and dishwashers, oversized cooktop and range, and more ocean vistas. The Oceanfront dining room seats 16. There are three bedrooms on the ground level including a large Master Bedroom suite with spectacular ocean views, King Bed, HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD, and large master bath with private shower, a King Master Bedroom with private bath and direct access to the pool area, and a Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and private bath. There is also a laundry area and half bath and an outdoor shower.
Upper Level/Main House: This level features 2 King Master Bedrooms with gorgeous ocean views, private balconies, and private bathrooms with dual marble-top sinks and custom tile showers or shower/bath combo. There is also a master Bedroom with a Bunk Set, DuoBunk/Queen, Trundle, and a private bathroom.
Ground Level/Guest House: The ground level of the guest house is the ultimate home entertainment room featuring a home theatre with state-of-the-art 65' LED HDTV, 5.1 home theater audio system, Blu-Ray DVD and cable. The sports bar and rec room feature deck access and a wet bar including a sink, and beverage refrigerator. This room also can serve as a sleeping area featuring a Queen sofa-bed with a full bath.
Upper Level/Guest House: This level features a luxury one bedroom suite featuring a King bedroom, a private sitting room with Queen sofa bed and spectacular ocean views, and a luxurious full bath.
