Except for the master bedroom which is carpeted, all floors are either wood or tile. A double sided gas fireplace is visible from the foyer, LR, DR and kitchen. Included is air conditioning, outdoor gas grill, high speed internet, cable TV, and a washer and dryer in separate laundry room. The private balcony is accessible from 3 different rooms: foyer, living room and master bedroom. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs (and grill) and decorated with geraniums in planters.
