Rules and Guidelines
This Property is registered as a Holiday Home with Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing Authority and is in compliance with the relevant regulations to protect us as well as the rights and safety of all our guests. The rate offered includes all applicable government taxes including VAT and DTCM nightly room fee.
The Property is located in a gated/secure community. IDs of all guests and their visitors must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to comply with local regulation and issue access passes at the gate. This is strictly enforced as you enter the premise. Registered guests are free to arrive and depart at any time during their booking, however, visitors are restricted from arriving between midnight till 8am.
In line with the community guidelines, this property is suitable for family or group of travelers and does not accept bookings for parties and events. Guests should respect the maximum capacity. Any suspicious activities observed can lead to eviction as enforced by the community security services. No refund requests will be entertained in such cases.
Commercial filming and photography is prohibited in this property as well as the community.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If the smell of smoke is detectable indoors, a non-negotiable penalty AED 3,000 will be charged to fumigate the property.
Ash trays may be provided to smoke outdoors or on the balcony. Please do not throw cigarette butts, lit cigarettes or any rubbish off your balcony or out of the windows.
Treat the property as if it were your own home. Keep the property clean and tidy and report any problems immediately for your own safety. Don't bring pets into the property without explicit permission from the host prior to your stay. Throw trash in the provided bins, and when they are full, place them in the designated location (bins/chutes). Leave the property as you found it upon departure including keeping appliances plugged in.
Don't give the keys to anyone who is not a Checked-in guest staying in the property. A Non-negotiable penalty of AED250 for every key will be charged to cover the cost of a replacement. Keep all windows and doors closed and lights switched off when not in the property.
Do not subscribe to any additional Cable TV packages or channels. If any new subscriptions (including long distance calls) are taken out during your stay period you will be charged the subscription price, cancellation charge (from the provider) and a AED 250 service fee.
Don't disturb the neighbors and refrain from engaging in any illegal activities that could be seen as distasteful or disrespectful to local practices.
Housekeeping services can be arranged on request at an additional charge subject to availability.
