Come enjoy our lovely home located in Portsmouth's West End on a quiet residential street. This clean, spacious 3-story condo, only a half mile outside of downtown, an easy 10-15 minute walk, is an ideal location for accessing all that Portsmouth has to offer.
Our home is sunny with hard wood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with a table big enough for 8+. It is fully applianced and furnished with central heating/air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, and cable TV. We have a small seasonal backyard patio with outdoor seating, a mud room, as well as a laundry area in the basement. There is parking for 2 cars in our driveway and ample free parking on our street.
Our condo features 4 comfortable, inviting bedrooms which are located on the second and third floors along with two full baths.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor; one features a Full-size BeautyRest bed, one a Queen-size BeautyRest bed, and one a Queen-size Sleep Number bed. The master suite is located on the third floor of the condo and has a brand new King-size memory foam bed.
All of the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. All have large mirrors and lots of closet space with hangers provided. All bed linens are provided.
The second floor bathroom has a full shower/tub unit. The third floor bathroom, a stand up shower unit. Each bathroom is equipped with mirrors and a hair dryer. We provide bath towels.
We are located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a playground at the end of our street. The condo is part of a row style house built in 1900 and fully refurbished in 2008. The house consists of 3 townhouses, all three units are 3-story with private front and back entrances with the backyards separated by fences. Ours is an end unit with a private driveway.
Our home is perfect for families traveling with children, extended families and larger groups. We also have a pack and play and a highchair for the little ones, upon request.
Prescott Park, Strawberry Bank, the historic Music Hall, numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, an active seaport, complete with picturesque tugboats and festive watering holes, are all within walking distance of this condo.
Portsmouth, NH is a wonderful destination town. A 5 minute drive gets you to New Castle Commons which has a small beach at the mouth of the harbor as well as a great picnic area and playground. We are also within 12 miles of larger NH beaches, such as Wallis Sands and Pirates Cove, or just 16 miles to Maine-coast beaches in Ogunquit & York. Beach chairs and beach towels provided.
Portsmouth is close to the White Mountains and the Lakes Region of NH too. There are a number of attractions nearby including state parks, water parks, golf courses, movie theaters, and much more. For those who want to shop, the well-known outlet malls in Kittery, Maine are just five miles from Portsmouth.
You can enjoy both the city and the beach and have a quiet place to retreat to at night.
There are grocery stores, movies, and a playground all within a mile.There are trolleys, buses, and ubers. It is a minimum uber charge from our condo to all of downtown. Rentals available for bikes, kayaks & paddle boards. Seasonal farmers market.
