Pavilion has kayaks and chairs for guests use and access is exclusive to the guests and the host. Dock is for host and the deck and water access through side stair entry is for guests. Town beach is 2 minute walk down a semi private road or a short drive. Beach parking is free. The house has been updated with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, wood floors, exterior lighting, exterior stairs, and designer furniture. Enjoy a great nights sleep with westin heavenly mattresses. Work and watch TV with high speed internet and Apple TV. Come enjoy a wonderful escape to the county with modern amenities! Kayaks and life jackets available for guests. The water side Pavillion with dock and deck has shared access with the host. Large lily pad ( water float) available. With fall Litchfield brings apple picking, pumpkin patches and fall foliage.
