Laundry utility in the basement with washer/dryer (washer new '21, dryer new '23). This cottage is the last one on the road so ultimate privacy. Property has high speed Fiber Internet so work and streaming are very fast. Aquaglide rebound 20 water park trampoline, sure to be the highlight of the day on the water. Brand new dock provides ample room for sun bathing and entertaining. The Cottage sits just minutes to the lovely town of Dwight where you can find grocery, pharmacy, gas, LCBO and transfer station. Also, only 20 minutes from Huntsville, Dorset, Grandview Golf, Deerhurst and Bigwin Island Golf. Linens and Towels Not Included. We have 2 outside cameras, 1 pointed at the driveway on the side of the cottage and 1 pointed at the dock on a tree beside the stairs. These cameras are for security and insurance liability and must not be tampered with.
