Recently renovated, modern lakefront home, 3 bedrooms with Loom & Leaf organic cotton mattresses and a loft with a comfy queen futon (this is not a 4th bedroom but rather an open loft that is still private, however). We offer bath towel sets and a beach towel for your use during your stay. There is shower gel, shampoos and conditioner available.
We have a full kitchen, island, large dining room table that seats 8, large, open living room with plenty of seating and enormous windows with gorgeous views of the lake.
We have a beautiful 3 season sunroom with a large glass garage door that can open with a screen in place. It’s wonderful for any season to feel like you are outside but still away from the elements ... and mosquitoes.
We have over 100ft of private waterfront on Flying Pond with a shore dock, swimming float, 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for your use.
We have a patio area and 3 decks to enjoy time with friends/family and the opportunity to take in the views and enjoy the tranquil surroundings on your own. The upper deck is large, just out the sliding glass door from the main level of the house with a grill, plenty of seating for all guests and tree top views of the lake and mountains. The patio area is under the deck with Adirondack chairs, narrow gardens and beautiful views. The middle deck has Adirondack style seating in the form of 3 love seats, a propane fire pit and views of the lake. This is a great spot to take in the stars with absolutely no light pollution and enjoy the cozy fire. The lower deck is off the boathouse with a view of the water through the trees. It’s quiet, private, serene and shady. Great place to take some time for yourself.
The decks and patio are built into a hillside so there is always the risk of falling a significant height if careless. It should go without saying, but, for your safety, no climbing the railing, pavers or walking on the walls.
