Lagomorph Landing is a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath home in Sedgwick, only feet from the Deer Isle - Sedgwick Bridge and a hop , skip and a splash away from LDI Lobster and the Bridge End Public Park in Little Deer Isle. From the driveway side of the home there is ample parking and a cul de sac style drive providing easy coming and going for you and your guests. From the parking area is a front deck holding the entrance to the home. Lagomorph Landing is a newly built , contemporary style cape home with many windows which welcome in the natural light. When entering the home from the front deck there is a six top table and a modern and clean kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops and a fun and welcoming open concept which will make vacation dining in and lounging a cinch. Seating is plentiful with two comfotable couches, stools at the bar, the dining table, lounge chairs (which are positioned to overlook the field views which roll down to the Eggemoggin Reach where guests will often see deer, turkey, bunnies and fox). Lagomorph Landing has a spacious first floor bedroom with a King bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The first floor of the home also has a spacious laundry room and a half bathroom.
The ground floor of the home is completely finished and has a large media area with a sectional sofa, games and puzzles and a television with a Roku stick for streaming your favorite shows. Please note there is no cable or satellite in place. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and spacious closet area and a 3/4 bathroom with a large shower stall.
The second floor of the home has two additional bedrooms. Like the two bedrooms before the second floor bedrooms are spacious and clean with new furnishings. Comfortable new queen sized mattresses, ceilings fans and wired nightstands making device charging easy. The second floor of the home also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
Lagomorph Landing has a large yard that jogs all the way down to the shores of the Eggemoggin Reach.
