Main floor has fully renovated, outfitted eat-in kitchen, brand new large primary bathroom, primary bedroom with king bed, renovated powder room, magnificent, heated sun room with panoramic views, plus living room, dining room and sunny office.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms (one with Queen bed, one with two twin beds), brand new fully renovated full bathroom and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. House has central heat and AC, new Weber Grill on patio, excellent internet, 1.5 hour drive from NYC. Near apple picking, hiking, sledding, snow shoeing, lovely restaurants, harvest festivals, farmers markets and more. Bathroom renovations just completed in March 2022. No pets, no smoking. Rental agreement must be signed in order to complete the booking (Step 2 in booking process, Review Rules and Policies).
