Well thought out space for family vacationing or four couples traveling together. Enjoy the main house indoor and outdoor dining with a variety of sitting and dining areas on the deck or on the large private shorefront patio.
-The main house upstairs includes the master bedroom-king bed, second bedroom-queen bed, and shared full bathroom.
-Downstairs find the main living room, full kitchen, bar, bedroom-queen bed, full bathroom, and recreation room with large 55 inch TV, sofa, games;
and MURPHY BED (comfy queen bed with bedding, perfect for the 4th couple or kiddos). Easily pulls out from the wall and has a private curtain.
-Private separate Studio rental with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, & sitting area; sleeps two. The studio is accessed by a private stairway to a large open space on the second floor.

Guest access
Dock is for guest access however please be advised that it is shared with the owner who lives across the street. Owner will come unannounced from time to time to access the dock and his boat, but will use the west side patio entrance to allow as much privacy as possible for guests. Boat is not for guest use.
Other things to note
Please use caution when departing from the driveway. The highway is especially busy during May-Sept and cars can come up faster than expected.
You might see the owner from time to time accessing his boat which is on the dock you have access to.
