Kingsbury Cottage is part of a beautiful, comfortable 1815 historic home in what is likely the best location in town. Steps to much of what Portsmouth has to offer, with easy access to parks, museums, and amazing restaurants and nightlife. The Cottage is a 200 year old totally renovated space with beams and wide pine floors. It is attached to my brick Colonial home yet is its own separate space. Guests have parking, their own private entrance, use of the courtyards - front with gas firepit and back with hot tub. It's got two floors with great light. The upstairs bath was just upgraded and has a great steam shower. Half bath downstairs. This is so much more than a hotel room.
