Our historic 5-bedroom Victorian home on Shelter Island Sound in the Heights has been in our family for 100 years. Built in 1870, our quaint property offers a cozy and comfortable stay, featuring a charming eat-in-kitchen, a dining room with views of the Sound, and a front parlor opening to an amazing waterside rocking chair porch. There is a master bedroom (with queen bed and en suite half-bath) on the first floor, and four Craftsman Victorian bedrooms (one queen, two full, and two twin beds) on the second floor. Full bathrooms are located on the first and second floors. Additional amenities include AC, WiFi. Cable TV, a washer-dryer, and heating.
We are located across the street from Prospect Park and a mere 100 yards from North Ferry, with access to the Heights beach club and tennis courts. Our neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, just an amazing place to relax and unwind.
