OceanBrook's front lower unit is a 3 bedroom; 2 full bath, 1,110 square foot apartment which provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, also with a breakfast bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen opens on to an enclosed three season front porch which overlooks the front gardens and Jordan Park Marsh.
