Enjoy this Cozy 1,500 sq. ft Chalet located at the foot of Gunstock and minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee. Our Chalet offers year round access to a variety of activities and fun including hiking, beaches, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, shopping, dining, site seeing and much more!
On the ground level, you step inside to find a living room with foosball table, games, woodstove, comfortable seating, and large screen TV, mud room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has bunk bed with queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin bed on top. There is a bistro 2 chair set on the patio, 2 hammock swings to relax and read a book, or just enjoy nature.
Walk upstairs to an open concept family room boasting cathedral ceilings, comfortable sitting area with large screen TV and fireplace. Large sliders lead to a deck with seating to admire the tall trees and the mountain views, and a gas grill for cooking your favorite meal. The kitchen has everything you will need for grilling or preparing meals for the family with a large dining table. There you will find a coffee bar stocked with a variety of coffee selections to enjoy out on the deck. The second floor also has a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed with queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin on top. Plenty of comfortable sleeping quarters for all.
Outside you will find a large fire pit area to enjoy family and friends toasting smores and just laughing. A large yard to play games and let the kids just run around.
