Sleeps 13 guests comfortably. One of only a handful of homes in the Village of Greenport with a POOL (open from approximately mid-May to mid-September)! This home is a perfect location no matter what your interests are out on the North Fork! The fun and relaxation opportunities are endless!
Take your pick of outdoor areas to relax – on the front porch with views of what’s happening in Greenport Village; on the back deck with a dining set for entertaining, a gas-lined fire pit, a gas-lined grill and an outdoor shower (shut off during the winter months); or in the enormous in-ground pool (open from approximately mid-May to mid-September), or the surrounding lounges chairs and swing.
Inside you’ll find a beautiful entry with an open floor plan encompassing the living room, kitchen and dining area. Living room features a gas fireplace, smart TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen leads right out to the back deck – perfect for seamless cooking inside and out, and for entertaining!
Each floor features a master bedroom with a king bed. Full bathrooms on each floor. Daybed with trundle bed on the second floor living area. Full bed with trundle, and bunk bed set in one upstairs bedroom. Upstairs master bedroom has a smart TV.
Steps from Village of Greenport shops, museums, restaurants, breweries, Mitchell Park & the carousel, harbor, piers, roller rink, activities, and much more! Steps down the block you’ll find the bay beach with full jungle gym for kids and full basketball courts.
Short distance from famous North Fork wineries, breweries and farms! Convenient ferry ride to Connecticut casinos!
