This impressive 7,028 sq. ft. home offers an open and elegant layout, ideal for larger groups, remote work, and comfortable entertaining. The property features six sleeping rooms plus a spacious office, with two bedrooms located on the ground floor and four bedrooms upstairs, including the primary suite. The primary bedroom includes an oversized California king bed, sitting area, TV, carpeted flooring, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking the pool. The downstairs bedroom also features a king-size bed, while the remaining bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds.
Upon entering through the grand 10-foot double doors, you are welcomed into a large foyer that opens to multiple living and dining areas. The main level includes two spacious living rooms, a formal dining room with a fireplace, two additional dining areas with large tables and seating, a built-in bar, and a large private office with a built-in library and an oversized work desk facing the backyard.
The kitchen is beautifully designed with dark brown and black marble countertops, double ovens, a dishwasher, large refrigerator, separate 6-burner cooktop on the island, an additional prep sink, wine fridge, and abundant cabinetry. Marble countertops are also featured in the outdoor kitchen and bar areas.
Upstairs, the staircase leads to a welcoming landing and four extremely spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All bathrooms include TVs, jacuzzi tubs, and the bedrooms feature large windows with views toward the pool and backyard.
The backyard is accessible from several areas of the home, with the main access located near the kitchen and dining area. Outside, you’ll find a large pool, spa, outdoor bar, pool slide, separate BBQ area, and outdoor faucet — creating a wonderful space for relaxing and entertaining.
Additional amenities include washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor bars, multiple dining spaces, and a large dedicated office for remote work.
Located in a residential neighborhood in the northeast San Fernando Valley, near Pacoima and Lake View Terrace. The area is car-dependent and offers convenient access to major destinations, approximately 15–25 minutes to Burbank Airport, 20–30 minutes to Burbank, and 30–45 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles.

Guests are limited to the driveway, main house and pool area. There is a guest house, separated located in the back of the property. The long term, guest house tenants use the driveway to access the guest house.

We want to ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and smoke-free environment. Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises.

While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please note that there are additional costs associated with heating the spa and pool. Heating the spa is available for $100 every 4 hours, allowing you to enjoy a warm and relaxing experience throughout your stay. If you wish to heat the pool, the cost is $150 for every 2 hours, providing you with the perfect opportunity to take a refreshing dip at your convenience. These amenities can enhance your relaxation and enjoyment during your visit, so be sure to consider them when planning your activities!
If you wish to heat the pool or spa, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance. Requests made after 8 PM cannot guarantee an immediate response. Kindly ensure that the use of the pool and spa occurs during regular hours and not during quiet hours.
We will charge $1,500 upfront before beginning to heat the pool. This fee covers up to 10 hours of heating. If heating the pool takes longer than 10 hours, an additional charge will apply. If it takes less than 10 hours, we will refund you the difference.
Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy:
Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.
