Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse on Munjoy Hill - Portland's most eclectic neighborhood. We are located on the east end of Portland's peninsula, allowing for short walks to all the great stuff - Washington Avenue, breweries, restaurants, the Observatory, the Eastern Promenade, Casco Bay ferry terminal, Old Port, music venues, etc.
Our space is filled with natural light, newly renovated, very comfortable and located on the highly desirable East End - making it the perfect base for experiencing all Portland has to offer. The townhouse offers 1200 sq ft of comfort and amenities. The kitchen is well stocked - just bring your food and drink. Between your explorations of the Portland area, you can relax in the living room or on the patio. The master bedroom, featuring a skylight, is huge and the second bedroom offers plenty of space. One off street parking space is available.
Our location is literally perfect. It is easy walking distance to all the amazing restaurants and sights the city has to offer. We are only minutes to the Eastern Promenade and Casco Bay walking trails. Located near the intersection of Washington and Congress, we are a mere 3 blocks from the Portland Observatory and Shipyard Brewery, 1/2 mile from Casco Bay Lines, the Old Port, Downtown Portland and the Eastern Promenade & Beach). We really can't put a time on walking to sites, as we are easily distracted by interesting things and there are a plethora of interesting things to experience in Portland. There are several great restaurants, breweries, markets and shops within only a few minutes walk out the door. One "off street" parking space is available and there is plenty of street parking in the area.

Several breweries, restaurants, retail stores and points of interest are within a 10 minute walk. Almost everything is less than a 30 minute walk away.
One off street parking space is available and there is usually plenty of street parking within a block. If you are not interested in walking, then the bus stops in front of the townhouse and you can catch it to wherever you wish to go.
