The house is fitted with both modern and timber furniture, promoting easy living and has large windows allowing lots of natural light to filter through. There are board games, novels, a DVD player (selection of DVDs), and an iPod connectivity and radio for all of your entertainment needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes many extra items that are not always supplied with holiday accommodation, such as a coffee maker machine, sandwich press, slow cooker, electric blender, milk shake maker etc. There is also an outdoor area with a full size gas BBQ.
The lounge has a LCD TV. The main and second bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third has a twin single beds. A gas heater is located in the living room for the winter months, and ceiling fans in all rooms ensure comfort all year round.

Each bed is supplied with a mattress protector, covered doonas, pilows with pillow cases and there are plenty of additional blankets. The property does not supply sheets or towels.

The large lawned backyard is fully secure for children; however the cricket nets and oval space adjacent to the property, provides the perfect location for vigorous ball games.
The Cheeky Cow cafe and the Collendina Hotel are located within five few minutes’ walk. The main shopping strip and patrolled beach are a short drive away.
Sorry, property is not suitable for groups of young people and no pets are allowed. Please note our reasonable tariff does not include cleaning, the property must be left in the condition found.
