The Stone Farm House, originally built in the 1950s, is 1 mile from Pawling village, the local go-to spot for boutique shops, restaurants and artisan food. Then enjoy many outdoor adventures at nearby Pawling Nature Reserve, Appalachian Trail and more (Check out our host guidebook under the “Where you’ll be” section for more recommendations.) All just minutes from Pawling Metro Station (1.5 hour drive from NYC or 2 hour train ride.)
The Farm House sits on 11 acres of upstate New York private woods. A peaceful getaway from the city madness, to slow down and reconnect with nature. Enjoy the indoor fireplace or outdoor chimney and property. The house has two gathering spaces; downstairs with an infrared electric fireplace and upstairs with wood-burning fireplace. Three simple minimalist bedrooms, One King (Saatva mattress), One Queen (Puffy Lux mattress) and Two Twins (Puffy Lux and Tuft & Needle.) Full double oven kitchen and fully stocked laundry room.
No pets. (Due to allergies)
No smoking.
No parties.
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of locked garage basement.
There are no shared spaces.
The property is open to roam with no fencing.
