Cottage is located in ideal location within Point Sebago (Paleo Woods Way) five minute walk to beach and resort center.
Upgrades for 2021 season:
Newly landscaped yard includes stone all around front of property. Handcrafted modern Adirondack chairs around front yard fire pit. New laminate flooring in sunroom replaced rug. Living room includes two couches one with pull out sleeper and 55-inch flat screen mounted to mall. Fresh painted front porch and new Weber grill on back deck.
