Book NOW! Allows 1 Dog, offers FOUR BEDROOMS, THREE with new queen size beds (one with flat screen tv) and one with 2 new twins. All of the bedrooms have air conditioners. All other areas have a/c as well! There are three bathrooms 2 "en suite" in the 2 Master bedrooms and 1 hallway bath with a tub/shower. The property offers a new white and bright sunny FULLY equipped kitchen with NEW refrigerator, new dishwasher, and NEW gas stove/oven and a new microwave. All dishware, pots/pans, flatware and glasses/cups are available for your use. All tools of the kitchen, Lobster Pot, and lobsta crackers to make opening those yummy guys easy to access, and so many other kitchen tools for cooking whatever you want. Did I mention we also provide a LOBSTER POT and the lobster cracker if you want to cook your own LOBSTER. So convenient! We have a separate dining room that seats 6, a table that seats 4 in the kitchen, a living room with beautiful new furniture that exudes a feeling of vacation and the beach. There is a new large flat screen TV and we offer cable TV with a huge variety of channels for your viewing enjoyment. There is air conditioning in the house as well, along with a bright and sunny living space complete with a large picture window. We provide WIFI for your entertainment.. Back Yard has dining set, Weber BBQ grill and umbrella. Front yard has 4 Adirondack chairs for an afternoon snack and beverage. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a Maine vacation!
Home offers PERENNIAL Gardens in front and back of house and lots of privacy. We are walkable to Cape Porpoise. Dine at the Ramp restaurant or Pier 77. Gaze at the Lighthouse or walk to the little shops in Cape Porpoise. Drive to Goose Rocks beach which is only about 7-8 minutes by car and enjoy the lovely sandy beach and the private island feel. The Tides restaurant across the street from the beach, is a nice place to have dinner or drinks and to relax on the porch and watch the sunset. Additionally, the Kennebunk Beaches (Kennebunk, Mothers and Gooches) are also about a 7-8 minute drive from our house. There are endless possibilities. The Golf Courses are beautiful and recognized as some of the best places to play golf in the world. (Arundel and Webhannett). There are Lobster tours, whale watching extravaganzas, great restaurants, antiquing and lots to do and are all in very close proximity to this property. Avail yourselves to live theatre (Ogunquit or Arundel Playhouses), Cinemas(Biddeford or Wells), driving range in Kennebunk, Mini golf in Wells, Dock Square shopping and eating or Kittery Outlet Shopping. Bring a good book and relax on the deck in our private yard amongst the perennial gardens.
