One bedroom cottage with all the amenities such as first class kitchen, 2 full baths, central air, laundry, satellite TV, internet, pantry, wood stove, heat pump and a spectacular view. Front deck extending to edge of the pond and a private flagstone patio. A small two person deck off the master bedroom. In 2018 the house was raised and a new foundation was installed along with a deep well. Further improvements were made in 2024 opening the living room to incorporate the sun porch improving the spectacular view of the pond from the living room. Available mid June to the end of August. While this cottage is ideal for couples there is a sofa that turns into a queen size bed in the living room.
