First Floor: Living room with sliders to outside deck and dining area. Stairs to second floor. Kitchen, hall bath, washer and dryer. King bedroom and twin bedroom. Second Floor two twin bedrooms sharing a hall bath. Great beach cottage simply furnished with Central AC. A three bedroom cottage is also available to rent separately or together if available. There is a 14.7% rental tax in additon to the weekly rental rate.
