POINT B EXCLUSIVE - Privately set back in a quiet area of Katama, this recently renovated Beach House has stylish designer touches inside and out, including a large pool, outdoor Living Room, deck, patio, and fire pit.
The sun-filled home features a large Living Room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and multiple seating areas that are wrapped by three walls of glass windows. There is a media center with Apple TV and a Bose sound system.
The large Gourmet Kitchen has cooking island/breakfast bar, granite counters, and stainless appliances, including a wine refrigerator. A big bay window looks out over the pool area.
The Kitchen also opens to a bright Dining Area, and there is a sliding door that opens to the deck and pool area for outdoor dining and entertaining.
There is also a first floor Bedroom and full bath. The Primary Bedroom and the other two Bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary has its own private bath with glass walk-in shower.
The Lower Level has a Media/Game Room with large screen TV, lounge seating, a futon (convertible for additional sleeping space), plus a Game Area with ping pong table.
Quietly set on more than two acres, the private backyard is centered around the heated 20x40-foot pool. The pool is anchored by a bluestone patio with an outdoor Living Area with sofa, chairs, and gas fire pit. Lounge chairs for sunning ring around the pool and the large deck is perfect for dining, grilling, and entertaining.
The Beach House offers easy convenience to both South Beach and downtown Edgartown. Both are about two miles away.
NOTE: Pool heated is to 81 degrees and included in the rent in July and August. Heat surcharges apply at other times. Please inquire. The Pool is closed after Labor Day.
