We are not flexible with the pricing on this booking. Please don't ask. The answer is always no.
We are offering private use of our home that includes all common areas and the 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12. We do not use the any part of the home common areas while you have it. We have separate living quarters that we access via a private entrance. The Basement and garages are locked out.
We don't allow Parties or Events. A family dinner of 20 persons is allowed. What we don't want is to have an announcement at a service inviting everyone to our home. We have neighbors and we want to be considerate of them.
NYC is a 50 minute train ride. We have a Guide Book that explains the Train Station parking that is 2 miles away.
Two beaches are 2 miles away and have in season use fees.
There is great Wifi thru out w/9 Eero hard wired hubs for excellent coverage, and we have DirecTV Satellite with Smart TVs so you can access your favorite programming
The Kitchen has a full compliment of appliances and utensils
There is an outside grille for barbecue
Plenty of off street parking
This is a great home for multiple families to stay together
The Sleeping accommodations are as follows:
Linens and blankets are high end and the beds are made. All linens & blankets are laundered when reservations have ended. You never have and unlaundered blanket.
(second floor) Master bedroom w/queen bed and full bath
(second floor) Nursery bedroom w/queen bed, 2 twin beds, crib, changing table, baby bathtub & 2 pack & Plays in closet. This room shares a full bathroom with 3 sinks

(First Floor) bedroom with Full Bunk Beds with Twin Trundle Bed (3 mattresses) There is a in room vanity and handicap shower.
Front Parlor Room has a fold out full size bed. There are privacy draperies that can be used to make this a private sleeping area.
The Sun Room has a fold out couch with a full size bed. There is another fold out couch with a Twin Size Bed. Also it has a desk and chair so you can use this room as a private office.
We have a separate second floor Owners Suite that we access using a private elevator from the basement garage. The basement and garages are locked and are not for guest use. We access these but not thru your living areas. You have parking close to the front door. We do not use the areas in the home you are using. You have total privacy.
