Our home is a cozy spot just outside of the town of Woodstock with beautiful mountain views.
The space
Our home sits on 5 acres of land for you to explore with a creek and private swimming hole. Since we are at the top of the road, where the street curves there is a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a 2 car garage as well we available parking next to and in front of the house for about 3 more cars.
We have 2 bedrooms (one of which has a trundle bed) 1 bathroom.
The kitchen is a lovely open space with a huge table for hosting or cooking.
The living room has two couches and a chair made cozy but with an electric stove.
The basement has a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.
The room behind the driveway is an open mudroom and there is additional mudroom upstairs (entry is through the back porch)
With the amount of space, this spot is perfect for bringing a group of friends or family.
The house is equipped with a Nest system so it is easy to adjust the temperature to your comfort level. WiFi is provided but there is no cable. All TVs are smart TVs so feel free to login to your platforms but be sure to logout when you leave!
You will have access to the whole property, minus the shed. Please do not make any bonfires as we do not have tools for a safe fire and do not want it to spread by accident.
