Experience Cape Cod bliss at our cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in East Falmouth. Outdoors, you will find an inviting patio, outdoor fire pit and of course, an outdoor shower! One third of a mile away is private access to a kayak/canoe/paddleboard launch on Great Pond. This home is the perfect spot for your next Cape Cod getaway!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. Our home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a fully-stocked kitchen with all the appliances, dishes and utensils you'll need to cook up your favorite meals.
On the first floor, you will find one bedroom, with a full-size bed, and a full bathroom. In addition to the first-floor bedroom, there is also a bonus sitting area that's perfect for curling up with a good book or catching up on your favorite TV shows. Note that there is Wi-Fi throughout the home, however we do not provide cable. You may log in to streaming services if you carry a subscription.
The second floor offers 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom offers one full and one twin size beds, and the other bedroom offers a queen size bed. There is closet and storage space in each bedroom, so you can feel right at home during your stay.
Our backyard is truly a highlight of the home, with an inviting fire pit that's perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a glass of wine under the stars, a patio for outdoor dining on those warm summer nights, and of course, an outdoor shower!
But perhaps the best part of our home is its deeded water access. One third of a mile away, you have access to the kayak/paddleboard/canoe launch on Great Pond (see photos). We do have a canoe there that is available for use, or you may bring/rent your own kayak or paddle board.
CANOE USE: Common sense is always required around water. All canoe use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. No one is to use the canoe under the influence of drugs or alcohol of any kind. The owner(s) of the property, and Weichert, Realtors – Donahue Partners and its agents, are not liable for any accidents that occur in or around the canoe. All children are to be supervised by responsible adults at all times when the canoe is in use. There are 3 universal adult life preservers. If you or a guest requires a different size or style, please bring your own. Life preservers must be worn at all times when using the canoe.
There is a private beach just under 1 mile away and may be used if you wish. There is no lifeguard on duty at that beach, and no parking area.
The town does allow the purchase of weekly beach passes for you to be able to access all of Falmouth's beautiful beaches. Please ask for additional details on acquiring a pass.
