A perfect little retreat for a couple or small family. This one bedroom/one bath house completes the Adirondack feel with pine interior and brick fireplace. An open concept living space makes the space feel bigger with a breakfast bar and access to the screened in porch from the dining area. The twin size day bed is tucked into the living room alcove and is perfect for small families or just lounging. The bathroom has a stall shower and an antique claw foot tub.
This property is not directly on Lake Paradox Club acreage but can be accessed thru a path directly across the road thru the woods. This would lead you to the game's fields with Tennis, horseshoes, volleyball, tetherball or just an open space to let pets run. The natural sand beach found on Paradox Lake is about a 5 min walk or one minute drive from this house.
We are approximately 3 miles from Schroon Lake where one can find dining, shopping and groceries. During the summer season, there are many events happening in the town of Schroon Lake. In the winter, we have cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. We are approximately 25 minutes from Gore Mountain, 40 from Whiteface Mountain and many Vermont Mountains are an easy driving distance.
