Other things to note
PETS:
We do allow dogs, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Also, be mindful that there is no fence around the property in case your dog tends to run off. We provide dog bowls, dog treats, a dog bed, a crate, poop bags, and a small trash can outside for their poop. SORRY, NO CATS ARE ALLOWED.
AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, laundry supplies, an iron, and blow dryers.
We also provide 15+ different spices, cooking spray, cooking utensils, a 12-cup coffee machine, a french press, and a Kuerig K-Cafe with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

There is ample parking in the long driveway!

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high-speed internet which makes for a perfect work-cation getaway!

COOLING/HEATING:
There is a convenient and simple to use Nest thermostat to control the heat. Each room has a ceiling fan and the living room is equipped with a stand-alone air conditioning unit during the warmer months.
BEDROOMS:
This house is a 3 bedroom house. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third room has 2 twin size beds. This house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 3 different types of coffee makers, kettle, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. There is also an outdoor propane grill with a dining set on the back patio to enjoy nature.
THE LOCATION:
It is in a quiet neighborhood of the Catskills region and about 10-15 minutes from the nearest store/gas station. The main city plaza is 10-15 minutes away and there is a grocery store with anything you could need. There are tons of hiking trails, fishing locations, and skiing nearby depending on the season. Our guest book provides tons of activities and suggestions to have the best possible time, or you can stay on the property and enjoy the quiet and tranquility.
SECURITY:
There are Ring Flood Light security cameras located around the exterior of the house for your security and a Ring Doorbell at the front door. The basement is OFF LIMITS and there is an interior camera on the inside of that door.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. Please do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper in the toilets.
Our house runs on well water. Please do not overload the system by running a lot of water at once. We have a filter attached to the well and there is a Brita filter in the fridge as well. If the system gets overloaded there might be a slight hue. It is not harmful and is natural for systems like this.
We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.
You are welcome to use our fireplace, but we request you bring your own firewood.
There is an abundance of wildlife on and around the property including deer, rabbits, turkeys, groundhogs, ducks, etc. Please be cautious of your pets and children when walking the grounds.
