Positive: Clean apartment in an unbeatable location—just steps from the Pentagon City Metro, shops, and restaurants. The bed was comfortably firm, Wi-Fi worked well, and check-in was straightforward once we got past the online forms. For the price, it’s a convenient and practical base for exploring the area.

Negative: Temperature control didn’t work (only warm air), so opening windows for fresh air meant dealing with loud street noise. The kitchen was minimally stocked, towels were limited, and there were no extra pillows. The pre-check-in process felt excessive—uploading IDs and signing rental forms seemed over the top for such simple accommodations.

Summary: Great location, good value.
