— Please try to avoid flushing bulky toilet paper or feminine wastes or diapers in the toilet, instead please toss them in the small trash bins of the bathroom.
We have experienced extra work many times to call plumbing service which also caused huge extra cost in maintenance.
In order to make sure every guest group has a delightful stay, we hope our guests to be responsible for using the property properly. We have ensured that the drainage is working fine before checkin. Guest should report if the drain does not work properly after checkin by end-of-day.
If drain clog issue happen again either during the stay or after checking out, there will be additional $240 fee charged to call plumbing service.
