This 2 level spacious home offers space for comfortable family living. The upper level is bright and airy open plan and combines living areas, dining, kitchen and WC and enjoys coastal sea views and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The ground level 4 Bedrooms each with queen beds and one king bed, 2 bathrooms, media room with 2nd TV and infrared sauna for our guests. The house can sleep 8.
The sundeck is protected by electric opening Louvres, is great for outdoor entertaining and overlooks the pool in the spacious backyard and district views. Pets are welcome.
There is a separate office area downstairs.
There are several beaches (Clovelly, Bronte, Coogee and Bondi) all walkable plus famous Eastern beaches coastal walk within 10 mins walk. Numerous close parks inclusive of Sydney famous Centennial Park. The Cafes and restaurants are all walkable and within close proximity. Good public transport to the City and major transport interchange od Bondi Junction just 7 mins on the bus.
