The house is conveniently located near US 1 for easy access to Ellsworth (30 minutes), the Schoodic section of Acadia (20 minutes), Winter Harbor and the Bar Harbor Ferry (10 minutes), and the Bar Harbor/ Main Section of Acadia (45 minutes) and Bangor (1 hour).

We love that the house is both private and easy to reach, just off US 1.
We've loved exploring the woods, local nature preserves, and the less-visited parts of Acadia National Park.
We love to walk down to Jones Cove and watch the sunset
Several amazing take-out and sit-down restaurants are all located within 10-15 minutes of the house.
