From NYC by train 40 minutes, and walking from my apartment to the train only 7 minutes, coming back is uphill so it takes longer.
Entrance hall has 2 closets, a washer and a dryer in the larger closet. an ironing board in the Landry room.
Also entrance hall divided two one bedrooms, if you have family of 5 or 6, you can rent 2 one bedroom together.
One bedroom apprximatly 750 SQ ft.
This one bedroom ( room B )has a small kitchen, ( no dishwasher, no gas oven),
but the bathroom is spacious.
This unit faces south and west,
In the bathroom, our toilet has a washlet, that wash, driers you, and a heated seat.
A handheld shower is filtered, removes harmful chlorine and Tri - halo - Methane into a more clean water.
My house close to a small shopping mall, if you a good shape, and don't mind a climbing hill, ( for back home), you can walk there in 6 minuets and you can buy grocery, fruit and veggie, lot of organic at a big
Asian market , are cheap and good quality, also Trader Joe, Dunkin’ Donuts,7-Elevn near by .
5-7 minuets ride, you can go to Whole Food, Westchester Mall - upscale mall include, Neman Marcus, Nordstrom.
Outdoor activity, you can walk trails at Rockefeller State Park, and you can dine a fine restaurant there, they serve own grown vegetable and meat.
