One of Reno’s most desirable locations, it is quaint, loaded with amenities, and situated only 4 minutes from I-80, walking distance to Midtown`s shops and restaurants, a mile from downtown, and less than a mile from Renown Medical Center. You truly are in the heart of the Biggest Little City in the World!
The total area is approximately 450 square feet, but you`ll feel right at home in our quaint, modern, and lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom oasis. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, 32` TV, and plenty of closet storage space.
The living area is open concept, offering a fold-flat futon to accomodate an addional guest, television, and seatin area for dining or working remotely.
The kitchen is newly renovated with energy efficient and dimmable lighting, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including and induction cooktop.
You`ll have access to the entire home and private backyard, featuring outdoor seating, firepit, and string lights.
There is an off-street, designated parking spot in the alley where you`ll access the airbnb as well as plenty of free street parking on near-by streets.
Your hosts will be available if needed- the best way to reach us is through the Airbnb App or by sending us a direct message if there is an emergency.
We offer an easy and convenient self-checkin process and you`ll find a guest book in the unit with helpful information about the home, its features, and plenty of local recommendations from your hosts.
