Relax in this very clean, well kept, spacious modern home in E. Sandwich, Cape Cod. A 2-minute walk in flip flops will have you on a private beach soaking up the sun and swimming in the Cape Cod waters. After a day at the beach, nothing beats drinks and snacks on the home's gorgeous wrap-around deck. An outdoor grill and picnic table offers a spectacular dinner under the stars.

The space
THE HOME sits upon a large corner lot featuring lush green grass, gorgeous flowers & plants and beautiful singing birds. We feel our home offers a peaceful, comforting and uncluttered environment for you to relax; Cape Cod style. Enjoy all the natural lighting, the cathedral ceiling, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, brand new 6000 BTU window A/C units in every bedroom plus the great room, comfortable furniture and a full-kitchen.
THE DECK is a major feature of our home. It covers the entire front and west side of the home. After a day at the beach come back and relax on the deck with some snacks and drinks. The deck is also a perfect place for sunbathing, reading and stargazing at night.
THE OUTDOOR SHOWER is privately located behind the home. Showering outside may seem weird or that it's nothing special, but you won't say that after you do it here. If it wasn't worthy, we wouldn't be mentioning it.
THE BEACH is private and nearly empty. Only residents (or their guests) are allowed and there aren't that many residents. Enjoy a Cape Cod beach (nearly) to yourself! Discover sand-dollars and crabs on the sandbars that rise above the water at low-tide. This beach has a fair amount of rocks so we suggest beach shoes. Although rocky, the beach offers plenty of sandy spots to spread out for the day.
Guests generally bring linens and towels for their stay. We do not have a washer and dryer a the home.
