The open kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counterspace and is fully equipped to prepare meals whether it be inside or grilling in the garden.
There is one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs with the other two bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The second level is sunny and airy with high ceilings and skylights. The upstairs bedrooms both have roomy, en-suite bathrooms. with excellent storage. All bedrooms have super comfortable king size beds and TV's. All 3 bathrooms have shower stalls and are renovated with top-of-the-line finishes.
The beautiful, fully landscaped garden features 2 separate bluestone patio areas for dining and relaxing, a dining table for up to 8 people and a separate lounge/seating area. In addition there is a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. Surrounded by hedges and landscaping, the garden has a great sense of privacy. From coffee in the morning, daytime relaxing or evening BBQ and cocktails, the spacious garden is a rare find and a true oasis which guests love!
The house has central air conditioning, with separate controls for each room, beautiful wood floors throughout, washer/dryer, cable/ wifi, Sonos Sound System and radiant heated floors in the baths. Parking for up to 2 cars.
“Nickerson Gardens” is located on a lovely street in Provincetown's historic West End, which is the part of town closer to Herring Cove beach. It's a few minute walk to favorites such as Relish Bakery & Sandwich Shop, Liz's Cafe, Victor's or Sal's Place Restaurant with beach-side dining on the Commercial St waterfront. It is a 5 minute walk to Mussel Beach Gym and a short walk to the Boatslip. Walk or bike to the beach and anywhere in town!
Available for weekly, 7 day rental (Saturday-Saturday) June, July and August. Available for shorter periods spring and fall as well as long term rental.
