Linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are included. Mesh wi-fi throughout house and great work-from-home office space. Fenced in area for dogs!
Our home is conveniently located in Edgartown, but Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are both just a short 10-12 minute ride away. South Beach (the Atlantic Ocean--lots of waves) and Joseph Sylvia State Beach (Vineyard Sound--very calm) are the closest beaches. There is a year round tenant above the garage with no communal space other than a parking area.
