4 Bedroom Cottage in Dorset
Large family cottage on Lake of Bays with new kitchen (incl. dishwasher), Muskoka style great room for families or group of friends, large outdoor screened in porch and boathouse at water's edge. We have over 200 feet of shoreline with a sandy private beach and safe gradual decline into the water with lots of room for kids to play. Two large dock spaces on either side of the boathouse that get sun all day. Boathouse has sleeping accommodation above and a bathroom. We provide plenty of Muskoka chairs with two kayaks, a canoe, life jackets and toys available for use.
The main cottage is large with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, a great room for entertaining with a big fireplace and lots of space for communal dining. Behind the cottage is an amazing and private outdoor shower which we love. The main cottage has TV, DVD, Satellite and movies available. There are 3 bedrooms (6 ppl) and a loft space (2 ppl) in the main cottage with lots of room for sleeping and privacy.
We also have a large screened in porch with a BBQ which is great for summer evenings. We also then have a main deck off the front door which has a large place to eat communal meals. There is also an extensive lawn area adjacent to the cottage which is great for lawn games, bocce, croquet and hanging out.
This is a great place for couples, families with kids or just a getaway with a few friends. This is a family cottage, there is a strict no parties policy in place, and we ask that you are respectful of others on the lake with noise in the evenings.
